I’m a freelance artist, illustrator and designer.

I grew up in rural Scotland, developing a strong connection to nature, which is represented in my work.

Most of my art is fairly realistic, but I also create cartoons and humorous illustrations. I draw the subjects that interest me, carefully interpreting their character, detail and texture.

I use a range of traditional and digital media, so I can use whatever medium suits my subject. My favourite media are ink, watercolour, coloured pencil and gouache.
